Beverly Galeskas: Felted Knits
Lots of cute things in here. Felted knitting is fun!
Stefanie Japel: Fitted Knits: 25 Designs for the Fashionable Knitter
Heavy on chunky yarns, which I'm not so excited about, but a lot of totally wearable stuff in here. Overall, I think it was a good investment.
Suzan Mischer: Greetings from Knit Café
Several really lovely things in here that I would actually wear. Except maybe for the evening gown. The hell?
Tracey Ullman: Knit 2 Together: Patterns and Stories for Serious Knitting Fun
Fun! A bunch of cute patterns that I'd actually make!
Kay Gardiner: Mason-Dixon Knitting: The Curious Knitters' Guide: Stories, Patterns, Advice, Opinions, Questions, Answers, Jokes, and Pictures
Rather a lot about log cabin blankets, but the baby kimono rocks.
Leigh Radford: One Skein: 30 Quick Projects to Knit and Crochet
Hooray for easy projects that eat up your stash!
Debbie Bliss: Special Knits for Babies: 22 Gorgeous Handknits for Babies
Everyone seems to be having babies, so I thought it might be a worthwhile investment. Heavy use of cashmerino, which is perfectly fine with me.
Alice Starmore: The Celtic Collection: Twenty-Five Knitwear Designs for Men and Women
I've had this for DECADES, and never knit from it. But you'll have to pry it out of my cold, dead fingers.
Chad Alice Hagen: The Weekend Crafter: Feltmaking: Fabulous Wearables, Jewelry & Home Accents
I learned to felt from scratch, and have big plans to do more of it when I'm living in a space that permits it. Big fun.
Various: Vintage Knits: Thirty Knitting Designs for Men and Women
Super cute stuff that I'd actually wear. Fitted and pretty.
I've had an on-again-off-again relationship with knitting since I was in High School, when Elle magazine had knitting patterns in the back of every issue. I'm "on" again, and find myself rather enthusiastic (read: obsessive) about knitting, of late. We'll see where it takes me.
